For orders purchased from COYUCHI.com, please include a Return Form with your return package.
- Registered customers can log into their account here and from their order click "Return" to create a Return Form.
- Guest customers can create a Return Form using their order id beginning with "1000" their order here.
- Customers who received a gift from COYUCHI.com can download the Return Form. Please be sure to include the gift giver name/email address for full online store credit.
If you purchased or received a gift from another retailer, including Coyuchi at Point Reyes Station, please contact them directly for more information and assistance with a return.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. You are welcome to ship via any carrier, but we do suggest insuring your package and retaining the tracking number until credit is received.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our distribution center. Longer wait times can occur during high volume periods.
For returns received within 30 days of original purchase, we will refund original form of payment. For returns received after 30 days and within 365 days of original purchase we will issue a store credit for COYUCHI.com. Please note: select items are not eligible for return including but not limited to furniture, mattresses, monogrammed items, buy to order, etc.
If you would like to exchange your returned item for another size/color/style, etc., please place a new order.
