If you purchased or received a gift from another retailer, including Coyuchi at Point Reyes Station, please contact them directly for more information and assistance with a return.
If you would like to exchange your returned item for another size/color/style, etc., please place a new order.
Please note, if your original item was discounted and you re-purchase that item in a different color or size, we will honor the original price as a post purchase credit. Once you have placed the new order, just email us at email@example.com and we will apply the post purchase credit within 7-10 days of the new order shipping.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our distribution center. Longer wait times can occur during high volume periods.
For returns received within 30 days of original purchase, we will refund original form of payment. For returns received after 30 days and within 365 days of original purchase we will issue a store credit for COYUCHI.com. Please note: select items are not eligible for return including but not limited to furniture, mattresses, etc.
