Orders purchased from coyuchi.com will include a Return Form on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Registered customers can log into their account here and from their order and process return online. Guest customers can request return by accessing their order here. Please print RMA packing slip and include with your package.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving at our distribution center. Longer wait times can occur during high volume periods.
For returns received within 30 days of original purchase, we will refund original form of payment. For returns received after 30 days and within 365 days of original purchase we will issue a store credit for coyuchi.com.
We do not exchange returned merchandise. If you would like to exchange your returned item for another size/color/style, etc., please place a new order.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. You are welcome to ship via any carrier, but we do suggest insuring your package and retaining the tracking number.
Please note: select items are not eligible for return including but not limited to furniture, mattresses, monogrammed items, buy to order, etc.
