- Customers who received a gift from COYUCHI.com create a return packing slip and free return label here. Please be sure to include the order number, gift giver name/email address for full online store credit.
If you purchased or received a gift from another retailer, including Coyuchi at Point Reyes Station, please contact them directly for more information and assistance with a return.
We do suggest retaining the tracking number until credit is received.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our distribution center. Longer wait times can occur during high volume periods.
For returns received within 30 days of original purchase, we will refund original form of payment. For returns received after 30 days and within 365 days of original purchase we will issue a store credit for COYUCHI.com. Please note: select items are not eligible for return including but not limited to furniture, mattresses, monogrammed items, buy to order, etc.
If you would like to exchange your returned item for another size/color/style, etc., please place a new order.
