Return any item* within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or return within 1 year of purchase for store credit equal to the original value of the item(s). Even if it's been washed or worn.

If you purchased from another retailer or our Point Reyes store, please contact them directly for more information and assistance with a return.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed.
We typically process refunds within 10 business days of receipt. Please note, due to current order volume, you may experience a delay in receiving your refund. We appreciate your patience.
Gifts purchased at COYUCHI.com will be issued a store credit. To create a return packing slip and free return label, click here. If your gift was purchased outside of COYUCHI.com, please contact that retailer.
If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive. You can initiate a return here.
Please note, if your original item was discounted and you re-purchase that item in a different color or size (so long as the original price does not differ across sizing, i.e. apparel), we will honor the original price as a post purchase credit. Once you have placed the new order, just email us at email@example.com and we will apply the post purchase credit within 7-10 days of the new order shipping.
Please absorb any unused product into your stock for use in future projects. If there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our trade support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to discuss return options. All trade account returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, except in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.
For orders placed on J. Crew, Anthropologie, and Madewell, please contact our wholesale team at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to ensure accurate processing. For orders placed through any other third party, please contact your original point of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
