- Return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise cost
- Return any item within 1 year of purchase for store credit equal to the original value of the item(s)

- Registered customers can log into their account here and from their order click Return to create an online form.
- Guest customers can create a return form using their order id beginning with "1000" by accessing their order here.
- Customers who received a gift from coyuchi.com can download the Return Form. Please be sure to include the gift giver name/email address for full online store credit.
- Please print return form and include with your package.

Gifts and Exchanges
Gift returns will be issued a store credit. Note “GIFT” in order number field. We do not make exchanges, but your store credit allows you to purchase any item of equal or lesser value that is available on our online store.
Accounts must have a Coyuchi Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued prior to sending. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving at our distribution center. Select items are not eligible for return including but not limited to furniture, mattresses, monogrammed items, buy to order, etc.
