Coyuchi stands behind product quality and workmanship. Returns for other reasons will only be accepted with pre-approval per the following guidelines:
- Coyuchi will not accept returns for purchases not directly made through our design/trade program
- Return Authorization #: Accounts must contact Design/Trade team or Coyuchi Customer Service for Return Authorization before sending product back to Coyuchi. Returns will not be processed without a Coyuchi Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- Orders: If you have placed an order and an item you have received does not meet your expectations, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item to us.
Returns requested for other than resellable product (not in original packaging, used, damage resulting from consumer use, etc.) and/or after the 30-day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
