If your tracking information shows as delivered we first suggest checking around your home/apartment and with family/neighbors to see if someone else accepted the package.
Packages can also be marked as delivered prematurely, we suggest waiting for 1-2 business days for the package to arrive. You can also contact UPS to report the package hasn't arrived yet.
We suggest becoming a member of UPS My Choice® to manage delivery options, follow your delivery on a live map, know the estimated delivery date, and route packages to a UPS Access Point location for convenient pickup + more.
