My package shows delivered status, but I don't have it

If your tracking information shows as delivered we first suggest checking around your home/apartment and with family/neighbors to see if someone else accepted the package.

Packages can also be marked as delivered prematurely, we suggest waiting for 1-2 business days for the package to arrive.  You can also contact FedEx to report the package hasn't arrived yet.  

Never miss an update - We suggest becoming a member of FedEx Delivery Manager®​ to keep track of your packages, arrange to pick them up at a nearby location and receive delivery notifications.
