How does investing work?

You will invest via our secure partner Manhattan Street Capital. When you complete your investment, your money will be transferred to an escrow account where an independent escrow agent will watch over your investment until it is accepted by Coyuchi. Once certain regulatory procedures are completed and we accept your investment, your money will be transferred from the escrow account to Coyuchi and your securities will be issued to you, and you will be notified how to access your account at the transfer agent. At that point, you will be a proud owner of Coyuchi stock. 

Investments can be made via credit card, debit card, or ACH / wire transfer. Per SEC regulations you will be required to provide certain personal information such as your name, address, and payment method.
