Why raise using Regulation A+?

We have decided to conduct a Reg A+ offering because it allows our loyal community of Coyuchi customers to share more directly in our mission and the growth of our organization. We hope to foster a community of individuals who will advocate our industry-defining sustainable practices and support our growth as we continue to push the organic textile market forward through climate activism. 

While we are proud of the continued support we receive from an amazing group of traditional venture capitalists, we realize that our mission to bring beauty and comfort to every home without sacrificing the health of our planet requires a communal effort, the type of community we hope to build through our Reg A+ campaign. We believe we can do more together than with just a handful of larger investors, and we want you to continue with us on our journey. 

Finally, by offering shares of Coyuchi to Reg A+ investors before a potential IPO, those investors are able to share in the financial upside typically reserved for a select few. We aim for the benefit of these shares to grow side by side with the growth of our organization and its impact on the home goods industry. Allowing customers to literally own a piece of the company and share in the fun (and potential success) is what Coyuchi is all about.
