We worked with outside counsel, auditor, and controller, as well as with Manhattan Street Capital, to determine our valuation. We also looked at the overall market and our competitors and considered where we fell within this fastest-growing category: sustainable home goods. Our valuation of $117 million equals about 3.5x 2021 revenue, a conservative estimation.
